Moving IT services and infrastructure to the cloud is quickly becoming a landslide trend in small to medium business – it’s more cost-effective and requires less maintenance which is certainly attractive, but there are disadvantages to consider that may not make it the right solution for your business.
Ben graduated from Cumberland University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in IT. He joined in April 2023. Prior to INETCO, he had gained experience at a veterinary start up based in Franklin, through occasional IT services he would offer to a handful of individuals, and through tinkering with some home projects.
Aside from work, he enjoys spending time with his pets. He has two dachshunds, Kona and Java (AKA “The Sausages”) and Thunder the cat. When in season, you’ll also find him cheering for Alonso while enjoying a Formula 1 race weekend.
Lucas joined the team in October of 2019. Lucas has 20+ years in the IT industry, specializing in the Infrastructure area. When he is not helping the customers be successful, he enjoys watching Netflix with his wife Jasmine and playing games (board and/or video) with his three children. He also enjoys relaxing on his boat and vacations with his family in Gatlinburg & Destin.
Amy joined the INETCO team in October of 2022 as our Planning and Project Manager. Before joining INETCO, she spent 18 years in the software development industry in various roles – business analytics, data analytics, and implementation and project management. When she is not in the office, you will find her on the sidelines of her kids’ sporting events or with her husband enjoying live music in the Nashville area. A native of northern Indiana and a graduate of Penn State University, she has lived in Hendersonville Tennessee since 2010 with her husband Matt and their three children – Nash, Quinn, and Drew.
Donnie Evans is the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Donnie runs the day to day operations of INETCO and is responsible for fiscal management, operations, and strategic planning as well as leading our Voice technical support team. He started the company along with his father Don Evans in August of 1997. Donnie is a longtime resident TN area having grown up in Hendersonville and completed a 4 year degree from Maryville College in east TN majoring in Business and Organizational Management. Donnie lives in Hendersonville with his much better half Kelly and 3 kids; Braden, Carter, and Peyton.
Felicity has been the VP of Operations for INETCO since April of 2014. At INETCO, you can find her holding together operational aspects of the organization including administration, accounting, human resources, facilities management, voice support management, inventory control, and attempting to keep the kitchen clean. Felicity is a graduate of David Lipscomb University with a BS degree in Marketing and Management. She has 25 + years’ experience in Management and Operations, in the retail and medical transcription fields. When not in the office, you can find Felicity running the greenways of Nashville or keeping it calm taking or teaching yoga classes. Namaste.
Bob is The Senior Account Manager, and has been with INETCO since 2005. This is his second career, as he spent 21 years in Healthcare as a medical group administrator and consultant. Bob has been selling Telecom and IT products & services since 1998. Bob graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 1977 with a BSBA degree in Marketing & Management. He is married and likes to joke that he got “bombed out” on Pearl Harbor Day in 1974 when he married his wife, Fonda. He has three adult children and six grandchildren. When he is not chasing his grandchildren from soccer fields to basketball courts, Bob enjoys golf, travel, and leading a prison Bible study.
Dylan joined the INETCO team in March of 2018 as an Intern and is now an integral part of the IT and infrastructure teams. Dylan now spends his days answering the phones and solving issues that come up or fixing issues through emails. He also goes out onsite and lends a helping hand to any issues that require a personal touch. Dylan studied in the field of Computer Information Technology and graduated from Vol State with a degree in CIT, with a focus on programming. When not enveloped in all things IT, you can find Dylan enjoying time with his loving wife Kelsi and their Aussie Doodle Zeus, playing a bit of Soccer and Golf, or spending time with friends and family.
Zach joined the team in May of 2022. Zach went to ECTC for two years getting an Associates in Science CIT, with a focus in Cyber Security, then on to WKU to finish up his degree and obtain a Bachelor in Science CIT with a focus in Cyber Security. Zach has three years of IT experience at Staples before going to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and being there for just over a year and becoming a Team Lead. In his free time, Zach likes to play video games, hangout with his friends, play soccer and watch some TV shows.
Ethan joined the team in January of 2022. Before coming to Inetco, Ethan spent 6 years as a Desktop Support Technician working at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
When not assisting customers, Ethan spends his time out in nature, hiking, Eno-ing, or camping. When the weather does not permit these, you can find him at home mixing drinks for friends, playing video games, or slaying dragons with his DnD group.
Jeremy Hinrichs joined the INETCO team as a System Support Analyst in November of 2015 and has been fixing your computers ever since. Jeremy spends his days solving your technical issues and playing the occasional game of ping pong. Before joining INETCO Jeremy earned a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University and had 5 years of experience in the system support field. When not asking you to reboot your computer you can find Jeremy playing guitar, softball, going to the lake or rooting for his favorite team the St. Louis Cardinals.
Joey joined the Inetco team in October of 2020. Before coming to Inetco he spent 2 years as a residential low voltage technician after, clocking many years in sales and as an audio engineer. Joey loves challenges and enjoys thinking outside of the box to solve problems. When he is not working hard to find solutions, he enjoys spending his free time camping, fly fishing, wood working, playing multiple instruments, working on his record collection, DJing events, and recording and producing music.
Braden is a Project Coordinator at INETCO. Braden works closely with network administrators to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. He began working with INETCO part-time in cabling installation in 2023 and transitioned into his current role in May 2025.
A graduate of Merrol Hyde Magnet School, Braden is currently pursuing a degree in Management at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is also a member of the Haslam Business Fellows Honors Program.
Outside of work, Braden enjoys working out, cooking, and following Tennessee sports.
Jarod graduated in 2019 from The Blackbird Academy with a degree in Audio Engineering. Jarod joined the INETCO team in February of 2024. Before coming to INETCO, he gained his experience through his roles as a hardware repair technician, an operations engineer, and an associate solutions architect. He holds certifications from Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks and Five9.
In his free time, Jarod enjoys making electronic music, spending time with his wonderful girlfriend Addison and their beagle Henry and playing trading card games with friends.
Carter joined the Inetco team in March of 2020. Before joining, he spent 6 years in the cabling installation infrastructure as a low voltage technician. When not working, you can find Carter spending time with his fiance’ as workout enthusiasts and movie buffs. He is also a MAJOR sports fan.
Braxton joined INETCO in June 2025 after graduating from Volunteer State Community College with a degree in CITC Programming. He is currently pursuing CompTIA certifications and plans to continue his education in the future. Outside of work, Braxton enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and family, gaming, and staying active at the gym.
